[Steam] Error: Content still ENCRYPTED for the game Dying Light

This issue for Dying Light is most likely related to Steam's beta updates. Try canceling your Steam beta participation:

If you go to Steam's Settings, then Account, there is a Beta participation section, where you can choose to take part in Steam Beta updates. We  advise you to opt out of the Beta for the time being and the error should disappear.
